On November 24th 2001, exactly twenty years ago today I graduated from the International Butler Academy in the Netherlands (with distinction). It is during my training at TIBA that I designed the project of building a wine school preferably in sync with a Butler academy. Out of those 20 years I spent the last ten ones as the owner/founder of the WSET École In Vino Veritas in Montréal CANADA.
